The authors develop a fourth-order finite-volume algorithm for numerical computation of the Fokker-Plank collision operator for fully ionized highly magnetized plasma with collisions described in terms of shielded electrostatic fields. The numerical procedure conserves the particle density, momentum and energy to a high-order precision. As an example of application, the operator was computed also in constant-of-motion coordinates.
