The authors use modified Legendre moments, so as to accelerate the convergence of the sequence \(H_{n }-\log (n+1)\) to Euler's constant \(\gamma\). An error estimation is also given. It is proved that it is totally monotonic sequence. In the end, an application to the arithmetic property of \(\gamma\) is also given.
