Differential Harnack estimates for backward heat equations with potentials under the Ricci flow (Q941418): Difference between revisions

The author obtains an evolution formula for differential expressions of Harnack type. As result, Harnack inequalities are proved for the positive solutions of backward heat-type equations with potentials under the Ricci flow. The particular case of the conjugate heat equation under the Ricci flow leads to the Harnack inequality derived by G.~Perelman.
