Let \(\{X_{\nu}\}\) be a sequence of analytic sets converging to some analytic set \(X\) in the sense of holomorphic chains. The author establishes when each irreducible component of \(X\) is the limit of a sequence of irreducible components of sets from \(\{X_{\nu}\}\) (Theorem 3.1). In Theorem 3.8, he considers a question of an approximation of a holomorphic solution of a system of Nash equations by Nash solutions. Moreover, he presents an algorithm of approximation of a holomorphic solution.
