Geometries with Killing spinors and supersymmetric AdS solutions (Q1006303): Difference between revisions

An interesting class of seven and nine dimensional geometries are associated to the supersymmetric \(AdS_3\) and \(AdS_2\) solutions of the IIB and \(D=11\) supergravity respectively. The Riemannian metric, scalar field \(B\) and closed two-form \(F\) give relevant characterization. Using similarity of these geometries to the Sasaki-Einstein geometry the authors study their properties and generalize them to higher dimensions using new class of complex geometries. The new characterization is given by Riemannian metric, scalar field and closed three-form, admitting a particular kind of Killing spinor. Classes of explicit examples are given.
