Let \(\mathbb{Z}[i]\) be the ring of Gaussian integers and \(\text{SU}(2,1;\mathbb{Z} [i])\) be the Picard modular group over the Gaussian integers. In the paper under review, the author studies the elliptic elements of \(G=\text{SU}(2,1;\mathbb{Z} [i])\).
