This paper is the second part in a three-issues paper, each under the same title [for part I cf. J. Algebra 319, No. 9, 3960-3974 (2008; Zbl 1153.20004)]. The whole work reflects the contents of the dissertation of the author. It is not possible here to go into details, so we refer kindly to the original paper. To close with, we end up by quoting the author's abstract: Two character tables of finite groups are isomorphic if there exist a bijection for the irreducible characters and a bijection for the conjugacy classes that preserve all the character values. In this paper we classify up to isomorphism the character tables of \(p\)-groups with derived subgroup of prime order via a combinatorial object independent of the prime \(p\).
