Summary: We study the differential nilradicals of differential rings associated to non-holomorphic quasi-modular forms for certain co-compact Riemann-Schwarz triangular subgroups of SL2 (C). As a corollary of our investigations, we obtain an extension of a multiplicity estimate for differential rings connected with quasi-modular forms for \(\text{SL}_2 (\mathbb{Z})\), due to \textit{Yu. V. Nesterenko} [Mat. Sb. 187, 65--96 (1996; Zbl 0898.11031)].
