The authors discuss a special type of quadrilateral nets whose geometry is described by the second Hamiltonian form of Darboux-Manakov-Zakharov systems, which possess two distinct Hamiltonian forms. In the framework of discrete-differential geometry one Hamiltonian form appears in a geometry of a circular net. In the reviewed article a geometry of the second form is identified.
