The relationship between various types of transformation groups on a locally conformal Kähler manifold is studied in this very interesting paper. A main result is the identity between conformal vector fields on a compact Vaisman manifold, which is neither locally conformally hyperkähler nor a diagonal Hopf manifold, with Killing vector fields.
