The paper deals with a singular vortex dynamics which generates a corner in finite time. The authors prove that under some appropriate small regular perturbations, the corner still remains. The suggested approach is based on the Hasimoto transform and deals with the long range scattering properties of a Gross-Pitaevski equation with time-variable coefficients. The paper consists of 6 sections. Section 1 contains a detailed introduction to the considered problems. Modified wave operators are considered in Section 2.Section 3 is devoted to construction of the binormal flow for positive times. Formation of the singularity for the binormal flow is investigated in Section 4. In Section 5, various properties of the binormal flow are considered. Section 6 titled ``Appendix'' recalls some basic facts on binormal flows.
