The paper generalizes Bödekers equation in order to deal with a more general class of flow gauges. Firstly, one derives a path integral formulation for the Bödeker's theory and then one studies successively the gauge Ward identities, the stochastic identities and ghost number conservation, which all are non-perturbative identities for a generating functional proposed in the paper. The Dyson-Schwinger's equations are derived; and as such one so proposes a new approach to the non-perturbative dynamics of the soft, non- Abelian gauge fields encoded in Bödeker's effective theory.
