    Let \(\overline{\mathbb{C}}\) be the Riemann sphere, \(\mathbb{D}=\{z\in\mathbb{C}: |z|< 1\}\). The model space \({\mathcal O}_{qc}\) is defined as \[ {\mathcal O}_{qc}= \Big\{ f:\mathbb{D}\to\mathbb{C}:\text{one-to-one, holomorphic, with quasiconformal extension to }\mathbb{C}, f(0)= 0\Big\}. \] Let \(\Sigma\) be a Riemann surface with \(n\) distinguished points \(p_1,p_2,\dots, p_n\). Define \({\mathcal O}_{qc}(\Sigma)\) to be the set of \(n\)-tuples \((\phi_1,\dots, \phi_n)\), where \(\phi_i: \mathbb{D}\to\Sigma\) are maps with the following properties: (1) \(\phi_i(0)= p_i\), (2) \(\phi_i\) is one-to-one and holomorphic on \(\mathbb{D}\), (3) \(\phi_i\) has a quasiconformal extension to an open neighbourhood of \(\overline{\mathbb{D}}\), (4) \(\phi_i(\overline{\mathbb{D}})\cap\phi_j(\overline{\mathbb{D}})= \phi\) whenever \(i\neq j\). The main result of this paper is the following: Theorem: The space \({\mathcal O}_{qc}(\Sigma)\) has a complex Banach manifold structure modeled on \({\mathcal O}^n_{qc}={\mathcal O}_{qc}\times\cdots\times{\mathcal O}_{qc}\). The topology on \({\mathcal O}_{qc}(\Sigma)\) is the Hausdorff topology.
