This paper extends the analysis of the application of the so-called A-twist to the Landau-Ginzburg model of type (2,2), which was reported in recent work by the same authors, In this paper, similar methods are applied to the model of the (0,2) type, defined on nontrivial phase spaces. The model considered in this work admits twists of both the A- and B-types, and demonstrates a duality that simultaneously swaps the twists and provides for the duality of the gauge bundle. For the verification of the application of the methods developed in the work, they are applied to heterotic nonlinear sigma-models with the renormalization-group flow.
