Cycle systems \((K_v,C_k)\) which are \(G\)-regular under elementary abelian group \(G\) are considered. Necessary and/or sufficient existence conditions are obtained. In particular, constructions of some classes of perfect elementary abelian cycle systems are proposed. The more general problem in complete multipartite graphs is discussed and certain propositions are shown to follow from the case of \((K_v,C_k)\).
