The authors extend their approach developed in the previous paper to estimate the bound of the supremum of the random Dirichlet polynomials \(D_N(t)=\sum^N_{n=1}\varepsilon_nd(n)n^{-\sigma-it}\) with weights \(d(n)\) satisfying some reasonable conditions and \(0\leq \sigma\leq1/2\). The study of the supremum of the Dirichlet polynomials was motivated by the study of the uniform convergence of the associated Dirichlet series \(\sum^\infty_{n=1}d(n)n^{-\sigma-it}\). The method used here starts by the replacement of the random Dirichlet polynomial by some relevant trigonometric polynomial and by the estimation of the supremum of the last. The main theorem gives the upper bound of \(| D_N(\sigma+it)|\) over lines \(\{s=\sigma+it, t\in\mathbb{R}\}\).
