Let \(q\) be a prime power and \(k_1,\ldots,k_r\) be distinct positive integers. In this paper, the author shows that there is no \(q^{k_i}\)-Frobenius non-classical plane curve over \(\mathbb{F}_q\) if \(r \geq 3\) and that if \(r=2\) then there is a unique such curve given by an explicit equation. The author then works out the genus of this curve and its number of point over some extensions of \(\mathbb{F}_q\).
