A geometric construction of robust transitive uniformly small perturbations of unbounded strange attractors is considered in this work. The basic results are stated in theorems: (1) There exists a smooth vector field \(\dot {\bar u} = \bar f (\bar u )\) on the closure of \(D^3\) with a singular hyperbolic attractor intersecting \(S^2\). The attractor is robust in the \(C^j\) topology, \(j \geq 3\) (under perturbations that keep \(S^2\) invariant); (2) There is an open set \(U \subset X^j (\mathbb{R}^3)\), \(j\geq 3\), so that each vector field from \(U\) possesses a robust unbounded attractor,'' for which full proofs are given. The geometrical conduct is represented in 5 figures. Their geometry is reminiscent of Lorenz and other singular hyperbolic attractors. They do not contain equilibria.
