Let \(\Omega\subset\mathbb C\) be a domain with \(0\in\partial\Omega\), and let \(\Omega\) have an analytic cusp at \( 0\). This means that \(\partial\Omega\) at \(0\) consists of two regular analytic curves \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) such that the interior angle of \(\Omega\) at \(0\) vanishes. Let \(\text{ot}(\Omega)\) be the order of tangency of \(\Omega\) at \(0\), and let \(\text{ct}(\Omega)\) be the coefficient of tangency of \(\Omega\). The author introduces the following notion. Let \(d:=\text{ot}(\Omega)\) and \(a:=\text{ct}(\Omega)\). The domain \(\Omega\) has small perturbation of angles if the minimum of orders of tangency for \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) equals \(d\), and the order of \(\sphericalangle_{\Omega}(t)-at^d\) is greater than \(2d\). Here \(\sphericalangle_{\Omega}(z)\) is a real power series for \(\beta-\alpha\). The main result of the article is given in Theorem 6: Let \(\Omega\) be a simply connected domain with an analytic cusp at 0 which is tangent to the positive real semi-axis at 0. Let \(\varphi:\Omega\to\mathbb H\) be a conformal map of \(\Omega\) onto the upper half-plane with \(\varphi(0)=0\). Assume that \(\Omega\) has small perturbation of angles. Then \(\varphi(z)\sim\exp\big(-\gamma/z^d\big)\) at 0 on \(\Omega\) where \(d:=\text{ot}(\Omega)\) and \(\gamma:=\pi/(\text{ot}(\Omega)\text{ct}(\Omega))\). From Theorem 6 the author deduces the asymptotic behavior of the modulus and the argument of the mapping function \(\varphi\). He shows also that if one of the conditions for small perturbation of angles is not satisfied, then Theorem 6 is not necessary true. Upper bounds for all derivatives of \(\varphi\) and its inverse \(\psi\) are given in the situation of Theorem 6.
