This paper is devoted to the following nonautomous ODE \[ x'(t)=f(t,x(t)),\quad x(t)\in\mathbb R^n, \] where \(f:\mathbb R^1\times\mathbb R^n\to\mathbb R^n\) is always assumed to be a continuous vector field which is locally Lipschitz in the space variable \(x\). There are two main aims of this paper: one is to give a converse Lyapunov theorem for uniform exponential dissipativity; and the other is to study robustness of uniform exponential dissipativity to unbounded perturbations.
