Let \(\mathbb C\) denote an algebraically closed field complete with respect to an ultrametric valuation. The author constructs a rigid analytic regulator analogous to the complex analytic Beilinson-Bloch-Deligne regulator. It goes from the \(K_2\) of a Mumford curve \(X\) over \(\mathbb C\) (or rather a motivic cohomology variant of \(K_2(X)\)) to a group of \(\mathbb C^*\)-valued harmonic cochains on the oriented incidence graph of the special fiber of some semi-stable model of \(X\). Given two nowhere vanishing holomorphic functions \(f\) and \(g\) on a connected rational subdomain of the projective line around a complementary disk, one writes \(f\) as a uniform limit of rational functions \(f_n\) and \(g\) as a uniform limit of rational functions \(g_n\). A preliminary version of the regulator attaches to \(f\) and \(g\) the limit of the product over the points \(x\) in the disk of the tame symbols \(\{f_n,g_n\}_x\). This construction is then studied and extended.
