Let \(\alpha_1,\dots, \alpha_m\) be linear forms defined on \(\mathbb{C}^n\). Let \(M^\beta_\alpha\) be the free rank-1 \(\mathbb{C}[x]_\alpha\)-module on the generator \(\alpha^\beta= \alpha^{\beta_1}_1,\dots, \alpha^{\beta_m}_m\) with \(\beta= (\beta_1,\dots, \beta_m)\in \mathbb{C}^m\). In this paper, the authors give the number of decomposition factors of \(M^\beta_\alpha\) in the case \(n= 2\).
