    The zeta function of a global field \(K\) has the form \[ \zeta_K(s)=\prod_q(1-q^{-s})^{-\Phi_q}, \] where the product runs over all prime powers \(q\). Let \[ Z_K(s)=-\sum_q\frac{\Phi_q\ln q}{q^s-1}. \] The authors prove that for any function field \(K\), any integer \(N\geq 10\) and any \(\varepsilon=\varepsilon_0+i\varepsilon_1\) such that \(\varepsilon_0>0\) we have \[ \sum_{f=1}^N\frac{f\Phi_{r^f}}{r^{(\frac12+\varepsilon)f}-1}+\frac{1}{\ln r}Z_K(\frac12+\varepsilon)+\frac{1}{r^{-\frac12+\varepsilon}-1}=O\left(\frac{g_K}{r^{\varepsilon_0 N}}\left(1+\frac{1}{\varepsilon_0}\right)\right)+O(r^{\frac{N}{2}}), \] where \(g_K\) is the genus of \(K\). For a number field \(K\), under the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis, for an integer \(N\geq 10\) and any \(\varepsilon=\varepsilon_0+i\varepsilon_1\) such that \(\varepsilon_0>0\) we have \[ \sum_{q\leq N}\frac{\Phi_q \ln q}{q^{\frac12 +\varepsilon}-1} +Z_K(\frac12 +\varepsilon)+\frac{1}{\varepsilon-\frac12}= O\left(\frac{|\varepsilon|^4+|\varepsilon|}{\varepsilon_0^2}(g_K+n_K\ln N)\frac{\ln^2 N}{N^{\varepsilon_0}}\right)+O(\sqrt{N}), \] with \(n_K=[K:{\mathbb Q}]\).
