    The authors show that Theorem 2.1 in (\textit{O. Kobayashi}, ibid. 30, No. 1, 117--119 (2007; Zbl 1207.30032)] is valid for any \(\lambda \in\mathbb{C}\setminus [0,1]\) and for any continuous non-constant mapping \(f:U\subset\mathbb{C}\rightarrow\overline{\mathbb{C}}\) without the requirement of injectivity and differentiability.
