The problem of classification of finite-dimensional pointed Hopf algebras is based on the study of Nichols algebras. The main result of the present paper is a classification of \(\mathfrak B(V)\), where \(V\) is a Yetter-Drinfeld module over the group algebra \(kG\) of a group \(G\). It is assumed that \(V\) is finite dimensional and absolutely irreducible. It is shown that \(V\) is an absolutely simple representation of the centralizer \(C_G(g)\) of some element \(g\in G\). The following are equivalent: {\parindent=6mm\begin{itemize}\item[(1)] \(\dim\mathfrak B_2(V)\leqslant \frac{d(d+1)}2\), \(d=\dim V\); \item[(2)] \(\dim V_g=1\), the centralizer \(C_G(g)\) and the representation of \(C_G(g)\) belong to a given list of of groups and representations; \item[(3)] there exist non-negative integers \(n_1,\dots,n_d\), such that the Hilbert series of \(\mathfrak B(V)\) is equal to the product of fractions \(\frac{1-t^{n_i}}{1-t}\). \end{itemize}} So there is found a new finite-dimensional Nichols algebra over fields of characteristic 2. All known finite-dimensional Nichols algebras of nonabelian group type appear in this classification. | |||
