    The following results on delta-monotone mappings are proved. 1. Let \(A\) be a delta-monotone matrix. Let \(A = O S\) be the polar decomposition of \(A\). Then, the factor \(O\) is delta-monotone and \[ \min \left\{\delta(S), \delta(O)\right\} \geq \delta(A). \] 2. Let \(A\) be a delta-monotone matrix. Then, for every \(\varepsilon\in (0, 1)\), there is an integer \(q\) and \((1 - \varepsilon)\)-monotone matrices \(A_1, \dots, A_Q\) such that \[ A = A_1 A_2 \cdots A_Q. \] Furthermore, these factors could be all orthogonal when \(A\) is orthogonal, and all symmetric when \(A\) is symmetric. 3. For \(n\geq 2\), every \(\delta\)-monotone mapping \(f : {\mathbb R}^n \rightarrow {\mathbb R}^n\) is \(K(\delta,n)\)-quasiconformal, where \[ K(\delta,n) = \left(\frac{1 + \sqrt{1 - \delta^2}}{1 - \sqrt{1 - \delta^2}}\right)^{n-1}. \]
