The paper deals with variational problems dual to the main minimum-problem in the theory of interior capacities of condensers in a locally compact space. The case of positive definite kernels satisfying Fuglede's condition of consistency between the strong and vague topologies is considered. The corresponding solutions and the relevant equilibrium constants are described. The uniqueness and continuity of the solutions and their characteristic properties are studied. The results provide a generalization of the notion of interior equilibrium measures associated with a set.
