The authors consider a multipoint boundary value problem for a linear matrix ordinary differential equation. The boundary conditions are supposed to be degenerate. Sufficient conditions for the unique solvability are obtained. The proof is based on the contraction mapping principle. An algorithm is described for constructing successive approximations to the solution.
