Topological complexity, fibrations and symmetry (Q649798): Difference between revisions

The author gives new upper bounds on the topological complexity of total spaces of fibrations and spaces supporting Lie group actions. Using these general results the author gives interesting inequalities (which improve significantly the previously known results) involving the topological complexity of discrete groups.
