The authors prove the existence and equality of two double limits involving the values of certain discrete periodic splines satisfying \(m\) interpolation conditions, as both the order of the splines and the spacing between the interpolation knots tend to infinity. The common limit is a trigonometric \(m\)-periodic polynomial of an order equal to the integer part of \(m/2\) and satisfying the given interpolation conditions.
