The author studies quiver algebras along with superpotential relations arising from brane tilings. The author produces a new way to prove and generalize the results of Szendroi, Mozgovoy and Reineke on the Donaldson-Thomas theory of the moduli space of framed cyclic representations of the associated algebra. It is also shown that the algebras are 3-Calabi-Yau.
