The authors investigate a class of meromorphic functions defined by means of a ``Ghanim-Darus'' linear operator; this linear operator is a convolution of two very familiar linear operators investigated in the literature. The authors prove an inclusion theorem and investigate several other properties related to coefficients. These results are natural extensions of previously known results.
