The author of the paper under review studies the 1-cohomology groups associated with irreducible representations of groups acting on regular trees. He considers the class of closed noncompact groups of isomers of a regular tree. The main result is that the groups \(H^1(G,\pi)\) are always zero with one exception when it is a one-dimensional space.
