The asymptotic behaviour of solutions to non-autonomous 2D Navier-Stokes equations is investigated in the case when the initial datum belongs to \(V\). The existence of pullback attractors in the \(H^1\) norm is proved in two universes: the uiverse of fixed bounded sets and the universe given by a tempered condition. To obtain these results, the authors use Galerkin approximations and an energy method. Regularity of the different families of pullback attractors and relation between them are studied. The tempered behaviour in \(V\) and \((H(\Omega)^2)^2\) of the pullback attractors, when time goes to \(-\infty\), are analyzed.
