The author establishes a link between the general hypergeometric functions defined by 1-dimensional integrals and those defined by multi-dimensional integrals. \textit{T. Terasoma} [Tokyo J. Math. 16, No. 2, 497--508 (1993; Zbl 0812.33008)] studied the above mentioned link in the case where the partition \(\lambda\) of the positive integer \(N\) is \(\lambda=(1,\dots,1)\)). For the proof of the main result of the paper, the author forms an intermediate Wronskian determinant for the 1-dimensional ones and using the generalized Veronese map rewrite it into a multi-dimensioanal integral.
