Using the technique of the Hausdorff noncompactness measure, the authors obtain an existence result for a class of infinite systems of differential equations in \(l_{p}\) (\(1\leq p<\infty \)). The results of the paper extend the similar results obtained by \textit{J. Banaś} and \textit{M. Lecko} [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 137, No. 2, 363--375 (2001; Zbl 0997.34048)] for the spaces \(c\), \(c_{0}\) and \(l_{1}\).
