Two links \(L_{1}\) and \(L_{2}\) are concordant if there is a component-preserving orientable cobordism of genus \(0\) between them. In the paper under review, the author defines a link concordance invariant \(d_{L}\) which generalizes Rasmussen's \(s\)-invariant. For any oriented link \(L\), the author defines a function \(d_{L}: {\mathbb Z}\times {\mathbb Z} \to {\mathbb Z}_{\geq 0}\) so that the non-negative integer \(d_{L}(h,s)\) is the dimension of \((Kh^{h}_{Lee}(L))^{s}/(Kh^{h}_{Lee}(L))^{s+1}\), where \(Kh^{\ast}_{Lee}(L)\) is the Khovanov-Lee homology of \(L\) and \((Kh^{\ast}_{Lee}(L))^{s}\) is the subspace containing elements of filtration level \(\geq s\). For example, for any knot \(K\), we obtain \(d_{K}(0, s(K)\pm 1)=1\) and \(d_{K}(i,j)=0\) for \((i, j)\neq (0, s(K)\pm 1)\), where \(s(K)\) is the Rasmussen \(s\)-invariant of \(K\). It is known that every oriented cobordism \(\Sigma \subseteq {\mathbb R^{3}}\times [0,1]\) from \(L_{1}\) to \(L_{2}\) induces a homomorphism \(F_{\Sigma}: Kh^{\ast}_{Lee}(L_{1}) \to Kh^{\ast}_{Lee}(L_{2})\) (defined up to \(\pm 1\)) which is filtered of degree \(\chi (\Sigma)\). By this fact and basic properties of Khovanov-Lee homology, the author proves that \(d_{L}\) is a link concordance invariant (Section~\(2\)). The author also shows the invariant \(d_{L}\) has basic properties derived from the properties of Khovanov-Lee homology. The author considers that this link concordance invariant is useful for studying cobordisms which do not merge components of links. In fact, as a corollary of the construction of \(d_{L}\), the author proves that any component-preserving orientable cobordism from a Kh-thin link to a split link with \(k\) components must have genus at least \(\lfloor k/2 \rfloor\) (Section~\(3\)). In addition, the author introduces ``the orientation group'' and its properties (Section~\(4\)). In particular, the author explains \textit{A. Beliakova} and \textit{S. Wehrli}'s invariant \(s(L, o)\) [Can. J. Math. 60, No. 6, 1240--1266 (2008; Zbl 1171.57010)] in terms of the orientation group. In the final part (Section~\(5\)), the author gives some computer calculations of the invariants \(d_{L}\) for the \((2,0)\)-cablings of the \((2,p)\)-torus knots \(T_{2,p}\), and the positive \((n,n)\)-torus links \(T_{n,n}\) (for some \(p\) and \(n\)). Moreover, the author conjectures the formulas for the values of \(d_{L}\) of such links (for all odd \(p\) and all \(n\)).
