A regularisation technique is analysed for the solution of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with discontinuous right hand side. Uniform convergence of the regularised solutions to an appropriately defined analytical solution is shown. The convergence with respect to the regularisation parameter is linear. Numerical tests confirm the linear convergence.
