Summary: The purpose of this paper is to establish improved bounds for restricted isometry constants \(\delta_k\). Our results, to some extent, improve and extend the well-known bound \((\delta_k < 0.307)\) in [\textit{T. T. Cai}, \textit{L. Wang} and \textit{G. Xu}, ``New bounds for restricted isometry constants'', IEEE Trans. Inf. Theory 56, No. 9, 4388--4394 (2010)] to \(\delta_k < 0.308\).
