The author considers a critical catalytic branching random walk on a \(d\)-dimensional integer lattice which describes a model in which each particle can move following a random walk, irrespective of the others. Some limiting results on the numbers of particles at the origin are stated which hold when time increases indefinitely. The proofs are based on the use of an auxiliary Bellman-Harris branching process with particles of two types.
