The paper studies the localization properties of the so-called alloy type random Schrödinger operators on a cubic lattice of which the randomness is generated by the sign-indefinite single-site potential. The main results are an Anderson localization for Lifshitz tails regime and a Wegner estimate for Hölder continuous density.
