Let \(\mathrm{Hol}(D)\) be the set of all holomorphic self-mapping of \(D\). A family \(S=\{F_t\}_{t\geq 0} \subset \mathrm{Hol}(D)\) is a one-parameter continuous semigroup on \(D\), if \(F_t(F_s(z)) = F_{t+s}(z)\) for all \(t,s \geq 0, z \in D\) and \(\lim_{t\to o^+} F_t(z) = z\) for all \( z\in D\). The case when \(D\) is the unit disk was studied by \textit{E. Bergson} and \textit{H. Porta} [Mich. Math. J. 25, 101--115 (1978; Zbl 0382.47017)]. In this paper the authors consider the boundary behavior of semigroups of holomorphic self-mappings of the unit disk including the limit curvature of their trajectories at the boundary Denjoy-Wolff point. The authors give some quantitative characteristics and establish an asymptotic rigidity property for semigroups of parabolic type.
