Let \(G\) be a simple, noncompact and connected real Lie group with finite center and \(K\) a maximal compact subgroup such that \(G/K\) is Hermitian. Using GIT methods derived from the generalized eigenvalue problem, a set of inequalities describing the moment polyhedron of the projection \(G \cdot \Lambda \subset\mathfrak{g}^\ast \to \mathfrak {l}^\ast\) for holomorphic coadjoint orbits of \(G\) is determined, where \(\Lambda\), \(\mathfrak{g}\) and \(\mathfrak {l}\) denote a dominant weight of \(K\) and the Lie algebras of \(G\) and \(K\), respectively. Then, the set of inequalities for the examples \(Sp(\mathbb R^{2n})\) and \(SU(n,1)\) for all \(n \geq 2\) and for \(SU(2,2)\) is determined. Finally, the author adds an appendix collecting some technical results about combinatorics of the Weyl group of \(GL_r(\mathbb C)\).
