Let \(Y\) be an affine algebraic variety over a field of characteristic zero and \(f\) be a non-constant polynomial function on \(Y\). The suspension over \(Y\) along \(f\) is the hypersurface \(X\subseteq Y\times\mathbb{A}^2\) given by the equation \(uv-f(y)=0\). It is a particular case of a so-called affine modification. We say that an action of a group \(G\) on a set is infinitely transitive if it is \(m\)-transitive for any positive integer \(m\). A study of the infinite transitivity property for the action of the automorpshism group \(\text{Aut}(X)\) on \(X\) was initiated in [\textit{Sh. Kaliman} and \textit{M. Zaidenberg}, Transform. Groups 4, No. 1, 53--95 (1999; Zbl 0956.14041)]. There the case of a suspension \(X\) over an affine space \(\mathbb{A}^n\) with an algebraically closed ground field was considered. In [\textit{I. V. Arzhantsev} et al., Sb. Math. 203, No. 7, 923--949 (2012); translation from Mat. Sb. 203, No. 7, 3-30 (2012; Zbl 1311.14059)] it was shown that in many situations the infinite transitivity property of an affine variety \(Y\) implies the infinite transitivity property for any suspension \(X\) over \(Y\). In the present note, the authors consider suspensions over real affine algebraic varieties. They prove that, under a mild restriction, if the special automorphism group of \(Y\) is infinitely transitive on each connected component of the smooth locus \(Y_{\text{reg}}\), then for any suspension \(X\) over \(Y\) the special automorphism group of \(X\) is infinitely transitive on each connected component of \(X_{\text{reg}}\).
