From the text: ``Consider an integrable system with three degrees of freedom and identify to a point each connected component of any integral manifold. Under certain conditions a 3-dimensional stratified manifold is obtained. The rough topological invariant of the system is a one-dimensional complex built from this manifold''. The classification of rough topological invariants is presented in the form of an analogue of \textit{A. T. Fomenko}'s nets [Math. USSR, Izv. 39, No. 1, 731--759 (1992); translation from Izv. Akad. Nauk SSSR, Ser. Mat. 55, No. 4, 747--779 (1991; Zbl 0783.58035)] on isoenergetic surfaces for all parametrically stable cases.
