Recently, an algorithm how to obtain the so-called Gelfand-Tsetlin bases for the space \({\mathcal H}_k^s(\mathbb{R}^m)\) of \(k\)-homogeneous polynomial solutions of the Hodge-de Rham system in \(\mathbb{R}^m\) which take values in the space of \(s\)-vectors, was given. In this paper, another construction of these bases is described and explicit formulas for the basis elements in any dimension \(m\) are obtained. The key step for the construction is to understand the branching for Hodge-de Rham systems. Moreover, properties of these Gelfand-Tsetlin bases are studied. In particular, it is shown that these bases form complete orthogonal Appell systems, which means that their derivatives are equal to a multiple of another basis element. Finally, the corresponding Taylor series expansions are described. As an application, orthogonal bases for solutions of an arbitrary Generalized Moisil-Théodoresco system are constructed quite explicitly.
