Convergence and characterization of wavelets associated with dilation matrix in variable \(L^p\) spaces (Q355665): Difference between revisions

Summary: We study the convergence of wavelet expansions associated with dilation matrix in the variable \(L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^d)\) spaces using the approximate identity. Also, we obtain conditions for the wavelet characterizations of \(L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^d)\) with respect to norm estimates. Moreover, the results of \textit{M. Izuki} [Georgian Math. J. 15, No. 2, 281--293 (2008; Zbl 1152.42014)] and \textit{D. Kumar} [Panam. Math. J. 19, No. 4, 61--70 (2009; Zbl 1200.42027)] have been extended.
