Lecturing the present paper one may arrive at the conclusion that in Tbilissi (Georgia, Russia) researches in mathematics (\textit{R.~D.~Getsadze, B.~S.~Kashin, A.~A.~Saakyan, G.~G.~Kemkhadze, G.~G.~Oniani, G.~E.~Tkebuchava, T.~S.~Zerekidze, A.~M.~Stokolos et al.}) grow toward a school of Fourier Analysis, of abstract harmonic analysis and related topics. In the present paper the author proves that for arbitrary dimension \(n\geq 2\), \(L(\ln^+ L)^{n-1}\) is the widest Integral class in which the almost everywhere convergence of spherical partial sums of multiple Fourier-Haar series is provided. Further the author shows that the divergence effects of rectangular and spherical general terms of multiple Fourier-Haar series can be achieved simultaneously on a set of full measure by an appropriate rearrengement of values of arbitrary summable function \(f\) not belonging to \(L(\ln^+L)^{n-1}\).
