Let \((M^n,g)\) be a compact \(n\)-dimensional Riemannian manifold with boundary. Assume the boundary is convex (i.e. the second fundamental form is positive definite with respect to the outward normal). For \(h\in C^\infty(M)\), consider the weighted measure \(d\mu:=e^{h}\mathrm{dvol}_g\) where \(\mathrm{dvol}_g\) is the Riemannian measure. For \(p>1\), define the weighted \(p\)-Laplacian \[ \Delta_{\mu,p}u:=e^{-h}\mathrm{div}(e^h|\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u). \] Let \(\lambda_{\mu,p}\) be the first non-zero Neumann eigenvalue. Let \(R\) be the diameter of \(M\). The authors show that if the \(m\)-dimensional Bakry-Emery curvature of \(M\) satisfies \(\mathrm{Ric}_m\geq-(m-1)\) and if \(p\geq2\), then \[ \lambda_{\mu,p}\geq{{2(p-1)}\over{(2+m)pR^p}}\exp\left\{-(p-1+\sqrt{m(m-1)R}\right\}. \]
