Complementary Lidstone interpolation on scattered data sets (Q369447): Difference between revisions

In order to generalize the complementary lidstone interpolation (CLI) in the context of scattered data, the authors extend the CLI polynomial to three-point bivariate polynomials. Numerical results show that this algorithm maintains a good accuracy of approximation even in the presence of strongly lacunary data.
